cheveux-roux:

I just read this novella, and I wasn’t expecting the film to stay so true to the novella.  Granted, I know it wasn’t 100% true (especially the ending), but I wasn’t expecting it to be that true.
Anyways, it was amazing and I think everyone should read it.  Right now.

So I went to the library the other week thinking to myself: “ho hum I think I’ll read Breakfast at Tiffany’s since I love the movie” My roommates had totally bashed the movie the night before, so in my rage I just had to get the book and read it, so I can better appreciate the movie or something. And I check online to see if it’s in the library. It is, so the next day I saunter on up there and I look and its CHECKED OUT. I go up anyway and they did have a copy. In spanish. The only languages I know are English, and I’m fairly proficient at reading in french. Blast.
